I received an email that my device was activated on March 23rd. However, I won't be able to pick up the phone until March 27th. Will I be paying for these four days of service where I didn't have a phone?
hi Elizabeth, Are you a new customer or an existing one? If you are a new customer, you should receive one activation email. That email initiated your SIM and account. Your service should start from the date you receive that email.
i'm had the same issue, the account and billing cycle started the moment you finalize the transaction on the Koodo web store. I recommend you call them on the day you receive your new phone and ask them to credit the 2/3 days the service was active but the phone was not in your possession.
