My data is always turned off but yet I was charged $7.50 for data usage.

Are you sure the charge is for data? Look on page 3 of your e-bill. If you have never turned data on then it is most likely a charge for something else.
It is possible that there is simply a mistake on your bill in which you will have to contact Koodo directly to help. You can call or message them on Facebook (https://m.me/Koodo) or through Twitter dm.

Hi Datha - the line ending in 02 is on a plan with no data included. The pay-per-use rate for your plan is $7.50/50mb. It looks like data was consumed on Feb. 22 and also on Jan .25 (both dates fall under 2 separate bill cycles).You may want to review all of your settings and ensure apps aren't able to auto-update or consume data in any other way without your knowledge. Alternatively, you can purchase a data-block add-on for $2 a month. This ensures data is completely disabled from our end and only allows for picture messages to be transmitted.
