My data hasn't been working. Why, and how can I fix it?

I haven't been able to use my data plan for a few weeks. I've checked my phone setting and everything looks like it should be fine, but it's not.

Hey Carol! Did you remove the sim card and reboot the cellphone? This should make the date work. If not, call our customer service from another telephone at 1 (866) 995-6636 option 6 and technical support will be able to help you out. Have a great one!
