My data has stopped working and I know I haven't reached my limit.

My plan says I have 500MB, but it yet my data stopped working at 174MB.
My phone is a Samsung 4, it's in good condition, I've never damaged it. So the problem shouldn't be with anything inside the phone.
I also live in an area with really good cell service, so that's not the problem either.
Anyone know what's going on witht that?

Have you restarted the phone? That often fixes a multitude of issues.

Did you activate the counter on your phone so that it stops data at 500Mb? Maybe the counter didn't calculate from the good date.

Assuming the restart didn't fix it, check to make sure that your billing cycle lines up with the monthly cycle that your phone uses to calculate data. Set a data use limit in order to be able to change the data monthly cycle in data settings to match up with your billing cycle. May as well set the limit to a little under 500MB.

Just to add here, I don't recommend using a phone's built in data counter; I always make sure I use my carrier's self serve option because that's how I'm billed.
