What dates are your billing cycle?

Hi there - the 6th is actually the last day of your billing cycle. It runs fro mthe 5th-6th each month, so your services will reset at midnight tonight. I agree, the wording in the notification text isn't as clear as it should be. It's been flagged and will be updated the coming weeks to be more specific.

Our Shock-free Data feature is used to help you manage your overage charges, not to restrict you from using data. If you need data before your billing cycle resets, you have options to use at the pay-per-use rate, or purchase a set amount, as outlined in the notification text your received - which I believe you took advantage of yesterday. Was there anything else you ran into issues with last month?

You mean from the 7th to the 6th of each month for that to work

My billing cycle ends the 6th, now we're the 7th and I still don't have my mobile data. And there's this really annoying notification on my Pixel from a "mobile data provider app" that still says that my data plan is busted, and I don't seem to be able to get rid of it as long as the problem is not solved

Joel, your account is in good standing. No blocks. There are zero network issues in your area. I suspect it's your Pixel phone that needs a possible refresh. Pls turn it off, take out battery then SIM, wait 15-2- seconds then reassemble. Let me know if that helps.

You can easily have more data by A) pay per use rate, or B) switching to a plan with a bigger data pool.

It’s not Koodo’s fault that you used all your data. That’s why there a several plan options available to suit your needs.
