So I received that my cycle will be back on on 6th but it hasn't be back on so I think am gonna switch my line to a better one because I no longer take it. Koodo your have been a terrible network to me this month if I can't have data what's the point staying with u.
Hi there - the 6th is actually the last day of your billing cycle. It runs fro mthe 5th-6th each month, so your services will reset at midnight tonight. I agree, the wording in the notification text isn't as clear as it should be. It's been flagged and will be updated the coming weeks to be more specific.
