My data bosster is not working

Just got data bosster for gb of data and its not working ive done everything koodo is closed

Log into self-serve to check if the booster has been added successfully:

Go to the Baseplan and Booster Ad-Ons tab and click on View booster add-on usage at the center-right of that page to open a detailed summary.

It doesn't hurt to re-boot your phone to refresh the connection.

If this is the first time you have used mobile data, make sure it is turned on in your settings and that your have the correct APN (Koodo SP under mobile networks) on your handset.
Data didn't add to me despite correct numbers

Are you on prepaid or postpaid?
How did you add Data booster?  - Adding fund to your account doesn't mean you added a booster.
