Have you tried powering the device off and back on? When the device is turned off, try taking the sim card out(Located on the right hand side of the device under a little flap)and then put it back in before powering the device back on.
If that doesn't work it could be the Blackberrys software, so a factory reset could help. NOTE: DOING A FACTORY RESET WILL DELETE EVERYTHING OFF YOUR PHONE(pictures, contacts etc...)
If it doesn't work bring it to a koodo kiosk or a multi-carrier retailer like Walmart or The Mobile Shop(inside of Superstore) and let them take a look at it :).
