my bill is paid in full and my phone is service disabled... Why???

We volunteer to share knowledge about Koodo products and services which we have gained by experience or surmise. As such, **WHY** questions are just about impossible to answer. Since you have done basic trouble shooting, I suggest you remove & re-insert your SIM, and if that does not fix things, connect with Koodo's staff more directly through a phone call, Facebook or Twitter as described in the Contact Us section at the bottom of the page.
