My bill is way higher than it should be. It says that there is a balance forward from my previous bill. what does that mean and why is it there? I did recently get a one time US plan as I went to the states in October, but I thought I had already paid for that, is it possible that it is still showing up on my phone bills? I have a samsung Galaxy S4, and my bill is usually 39.55/month, how ever this time it is 114.47. why is that?

If you download the PDF invoice, it should tell you why your bill is higher than usual, Rebekah.

"balance forward from my previous bill" means your payment didn't go through on time and it added to your current bill.

Also, which US plan did you get? Was it the Easy roam(launched on Oct 10th) or old US add-on?

According to my bill payment history on my bank account, I paid my previous bill. I don't want to be charged for something I've already paid for

It also says on my billing history on self-serve that koodo received my previous bill payment

No problem :)

BTW, you don't get charges twice If you paid for it, but it usually takes some times to process and update payments info on the self serve...

You have a great day too  (^_^)
