My bill is higher than expected, I believe the tab was added twice?

My bill has 2 phones both which have a rate of 55 a month plus the few extra charges for the few days used before the actual start of my billing period. But then there are also 3 other charges which both are 15 with tax coming to 16.33 and one which comes to a total of 19 dollars. Mistakes were made on my account which I called and was very easily solved, but I was told there would be no extra charge know my part. Just curious as to theses extra charges were. And if it's possible that it was a mistake.
