my bill is always the wrong amount

MY previous bill is only 59.00  but shows on my self serve as 96. 00 spoke to agent for a hour about this last month

Can you post a snapshot of your pdf bill of your last month here (page 3)?. Delete personal information in it pls (phone number, name, account number...). Someone might be able to explain for you here.

There is nothing to explain. There is not any other charges. Last month they made a mistake and when i talked to customer service they corrected it. But now when finance sent me a text they send my previous balance is 96.00. I guess is will just have to call them once again.

Your previous is $59.   When is your billing date? 
Maybe new bill started already?
You can check your usage/overage too through Ebill

Yes i have a new bill and that one is correct. It is just my last months bill is suppose to be 59.00 as per my conversation with customer service. But finance still has it at 96.00 after customer service notified them .

If you're looking at the pdf bill on self serve, that one doesn't change once it's been generated. The balance due that shows in self serve will update but the pdf wont.
