hi Sandra, Can you post a snapshot of your pdf bill of your last month here (page 3)?. Delete personal information in it pls (phone number, name, account number...). Someone might be able to explain for you here.
Yes i have a new bill and that one is correct. It is just my last months bill is suppose to be 59.00 as per my conversation with customer service. But finance still has it at 96.00 after customer service notified them .
