Why has my bill increased? I made no changes. When will I hear from you on this?

Look at page 3 of your newest bill and see what it says for the higher charges. Let us know ifntheres something that doesn't make sense

I have discovered the page and have found why the increase. 
I am not as familiar with this way of solving things as a good chat on the phone. However, I thank you for the help.

@James, we are a predominantly self serve company so we build tools that helps customers find the answer themselves. As such, this is one of those tools. It is a public forum though where you are talking to other customers, like Goran. We do monitor the site here and there but there are tons of people here to help and is far better than being on hold on the phone. :-)
