My bill charge iOS uncorrect

My plan is $50/M, but last month I was charged 76.35. Because I added a new number in my account on oct 12,I thought is add new number fee. But today I found last month is only for sept 1-30. This month again you charged $124.45 ( both my two number plan is $50 and $35 only.) what's wrong ?

Your first billing period is pro-rated from when you signed up to the billing date. You are also charged services for the upcoming month in advance This occurs when anyone signs up with a provider. Similarly, when you change a plan,  both the old plan and the new are pro-rated for the portion of the month they were active. Here’s link for you describing the process.

Sorry I guess you have some misunderstanding . I mean I have two number one is $50 plan the second one is actives on Oct 12,2016 is $35 plan. Last month is uncorrect this month same. From self service we only can find bill but no details for it.

Lou, everything seems ok with your bill. Plsease download the pdf version to see the details that you are looking for. On page ten you will see the detailed explanation for the charges on the second line. It is indeed the proration, as explained by David above, that makes it what it is this month.
