my bank is blocking my visa debit from Koodo as you are not specifying the amount you are taking

That's odd,but if that's your banks policy then there is little koodo can do about it. What bank are you with?

Yes it does....I had a real bad time with my bank as at first they said it was Koodo's problem on their side until I asked to speak to a supervisor and got the real truth about the blocking of the request.

I just spoke to Anna at Customer Service at Koodo, what an awesome lady I must say and she had the same problem with my Card but got me fixed up so Kudo's to you and Anna thank you for the wonderful support.

No she got the same message as I did but she reactivated my phone for me which was so kind of her. I am going to the bank my branch and I am going to speak to the manager and get something done about this and I will let you know the results....talk later and thanks again for your awesome support.
