My App Shows No Data Usage

App show no use even though I have used data and log in on computer does confirm that. App is useless if inaccurate

Appears to be working for me. Try closing the app and logging back into it and/or clearing the apps cache.

When did you sign up with Koodo?
Was data usage circle  working before?

Been with Koodo a week. Tracks messages but no data or air time minutes. :( Logged out of app and back in and still not. But if I log onto website I can see my data usage and air time mins used.

For the first 10 days, your data is not limited, to allow you to learn if the plan you purchased will meet your needs. This may be why it is not reporting to the App. Minutes should be reporting to the App.  However Koodo has stated that they will be ceasing use of the app in the near future, so you may be wisest simply to continue to use the website, as you will be obligated to do so in the not-too-distant future.
