The forum is mainly for customers interactions, We (me and many others) are customers like you. We don't have access to your accounts. If you want to unlock the account, you could wait 1 hour or try to contact Koodo directly for help.

You can try to contact them by sending them a Private message to their FB page or Twitter account but that could easily take longer than an hour... Same goes with calls... Your stuck waiting thr hour I'd say
