My account is suspended, how can I make a payment for it?

You need to contact Koodo and arrange payment.  Note that if want your line reconnected, there is a reconnection fee of $35 too

Contact customer service by dialling *611 or paying through Koodo Self Serve. If you pay through the bank, it can take awhile for payment to go thru.

The self serve is showing that you don't have an owing balance to pay. My account is inactivated there.

You could pay whatever you owe but there is a 35 dollar reconnection fee and you must contact customer support regardless to get the suspension lifted.

Yeah I'm trying to contact them, but I'm just kept on holding for reaching a Rep since 1 hour. There is no way it seems I can reach them to make a payment.

Unfortunately there's just no way to guarantee how long it'll take. The best I can say is call at 9am for the short est time, otherwise you'll just have to wait until you get through. I think that you can try #227 to get the payment department ? I can't remember for sure in that one but again no idea if wait times are better that way.
