My 20 $ get lost in my account.

I added data booster in my account. One hour later I came to my account to add talk booster i saw in the box there data booster exactly what i bout and talk booster which i want to buy. Since I bought data i remove the data booster and go for talk booster. After that my data booster removed from my account and i lost my 20 $ . That’s not fair. I had bought data and it should not be in the box of current buy. I am so upset about this. I don’t like this situation. Pls help me to return my money.

Did you actually buy a  booster?
When you buy a booster(s) : Click booster you want from "Available Booster Add-on(s)" box then click add to my order.  > It will move to the box under the "Your are adding these Booster Add-on(s)" > And click "Top up to Purchase Booster Add-on(s)" to complete.

I'm asking this because you mentioned you removed the data booster in the box.

Check Current Booster Add-on(s) to see what you have. Also you can check your transaction history under the Billing tab.

Can you check  "Current Booster Add-on(s)" on overview page?
You bought a data booster and you used 6 MB.  You can't get money back for your booster.  But you should still have a data booster on your account even tho I/we can't see it under the usage right now.

You should have "Bonus data booster 1 GB" under the Current Booster Add-on(s).
