Consistently give incentives to loyal customers. $5-$10 off birthdays. If you as a loyal cutomer promote and advocate about koodo and you actually bring a potential customer to koodo ...that individual gets 1-2 months free service. I believe this encourage one to stay and want others to stay. What cell phone companies are experiencing is customers are cell phone hopping. The ultimate goal is to make customers happy. Happy customers mean more opportunities!
