Hi. I moved to BC from Alberta and got a new bc phone number. Now I want to cancel my Alberta phone but retain the number on my BC plan (cuz I got a phone device on it and it's just a better plan). Can I do this on my selfserve. My Alberta number is from Rogers. My BC number is from koodo.

No. You will need to contact Rogers to cancel. It is only when porting your previous number to a new provider that the former account is automatically closed.

@Adel: If you are trying of bringing the AB number to BC plan, I think you could try to do it in your selfserve. https://www.koodomobile.com/help/moving-your-number-koodo

I am not sure if the selfserve can do it as of now.  AB, BC porting should not be a big problem as the priceplan are similar anyway. If you could not do it yourself, you might need to contact Koodo directly and ask them to do it.

If they end up doing it, they won't charge you since you could not have done it by yourself.
