Moving number from a Bell prepaid account

I want to transfer my number from my unlocked phone Bell prepaid service to my new Koodo plan. When I go into Self Serve it tells me I can move the number I have BUT I do NOT have a Bell account number or PIN as I simply pay as I go by charging a set amount to my credit card. I have entered the equipment number of my phone and an alternative number but when I submit it just thows me back to the top of the form.

You'll probably have to call Bell for the details you need as you have to have an account number even if prepaid

I called Bell. I now have the account number but they told me that I do NOT have an account security PIN. I still cannot successfully submit my request for the number transfer.

Unfortunately there appears that there is nothing we can do. You will have to dual it out with Bell if you dont have your PIN to access your account and see if they can do something for you.
