Hi there - I do see a referral you sent back in Nov., however the invite has since expired as it was not claimed by the recipient. In order to successfully complete the referral, the new customer would need to return to the Refer-a-Friend website to complete the process and input their new phone number, which it doesn't look like they did. You can review the program rules here
