My husband and I both have separate Koodo accounts. Is it possible to move one account so it's a second line under the other account? Can it be done using Self Serve?

Hi Kristen,

Yes it can be done, however the only way of it being done will be by calling Koodo by dialing *611 on the phone of whoever will be the primary account holder. Make sure your husband is around so the rep can talk with him as well, and they will make the change. I believe the 10$ transfer of ownership fee will apply, however I am not 100% sure if the fee applies or not.
