Motorola TXT1032 sound not working

The sound on my daughter's Motorola TXT1032 is not working (ie for apps, music etc), but sound for notifications is coming through. She has checked that the sound settings are all set to high. The phone is also not working. It rings and she picks up, but she cannot hear on her end, nor can I hear on my end. Any idea how to find a fix?

Hmm, I'd get this looked at through warranty. Is the phone less than a year old?

Sounds like a speaker issue. If the phone's under the1 year warranty: http://koo.do/JVO5Mk, your best bet will be to go to the nearest Koodo store: http://koo.do/locator123 and an agent will be able to take it from there.

Thanks. It is only a couple of months old so I will take it in. It was purchased at Future Shop, so we will take it there.

You'll have to go a Koodo store and you'll need your receipt. If you don't have one nearby, simply give us a call at 1-866-995-6636 from a landline and we can sent it to repair and/or provide you with an alternative.
