MotoG not connecting to Koodo

I got a new phone yesterday, signed up for the prepaid plan, activated it. My account shows that the status is active, but I've got no signal. Can't make or receive calls. It connects to Wifi okay and downloads apps, just have no phone signal. How do I connect?

Please go to Settings > Wireless & Networks > More > Mobile Networks > Network Mode.

Make sure your phone is set to 3G only. If your phone's looking for a 2G signal, it won't find it as Koodo doesn't operate a 2G network.

Also, make sure your SIM card is inserted correctly.
