Everything Is working perfect but somehow my messengers won't send or receive. I keep getting a notification saying message not sent. I tried a calling technical support but it takes way to long.

If I can't find a solution I'm going to find the box and see If I can return it.

Are you able to send one to yourself by typing out your number? Not selecting it from your contacts.

Actually before we do any of that, have you shut the phone down and removed / reinserted the sim card and powered back on?

It won't allow me to remove my battery...

Yes I know that's why I didn't ask you to remove the battery :-)

Pull the sim card..wait a few minutes and reinsert it then power the phone back on.

If you still have the issue you'll need to calm tech support for further troubleshooting.

Pull the back off. I'll be to the top right of the phone. Push it in till it clicks then let go and it'll pop out.

Here is my Koodo Moto G.

I'm assuming you're a Koodo customer , you can see my koodo sim card in place at the top right hand side of the phone.

If you're not. Just power down your moto G and restart it.

Do you still have the issue? If yes you'll need to call verizon.

It doesn't stick out in its own you have to push it. But if you're with verizon you may not have a sim card.

Sorry, either try another messaging app or contact verizon. Koodo is a Canadian carrier and has nothing to do with verizon or your version of the Moto G.

Wish I could've solved your issue.
