Moto z play screen pulling up

Hi I got a Moto z from Koodo, it's still under warranty with Koodo for 1 year, but wondering how it would work? Just noticed it this evening that it seems like my screen is starting to lift up from the side. Would they just replace the phone? Or need to send it away for warranty with Motorola?

Any info on this would be great.

Hello Greg,

They would need to send it away for reparation.

Would this be at a cost to me?

There would be no cost to you. Keep in mind you continue to pay for your plan and Koodo no longer gives loaner phones.

When did the loaner phone program stop? I got a loaner phone earlier this summer

Ok that's good but just two more question, how would I find out if my phone is still in warranty for sure? And how would I get in touch with Koodo to start a repair?

The official policy is here: https://www.koodomobile.com/help/warranty-and-repair-policy
Koodo basically will help you to send to manufacturer and fix your phone.

As long as there are no signs of physical damage, it can be sent for warranty repairs

You can send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter, you can go to your nearest Koodo store. It's likely best to take it in unless you are distant from one then a mail envelop can be sent I believe.

It's 12 months from the date of purchase so as long as you're within that when you start the process for it you're ok.
