Can I order an moto x play using my positive tab balance? It doesn't seem to want to add my tab. I want the buy the phone outright.

Their online store is not available for now. It says it will be available in the near future.....  :(
You need to go to a Koodo store/retailer and buy it.

Hi Erwin
Thats not including tax. $410-150=$260. Not sure how thats the same. My thread title states a positive tab. Not wanting to go on a tab. Unless im missing something here.

" I tried when it was working..."
When did you try? Because online store haven't working more than a few month and  they added the Moto X play reentry.
Or did you try with different device?

Iv been using my PC. I am able to log in to self serve and use the store, choosing a phone. It acknowledges I have a $150 positive tab but it doesn't add it when I choose no tab/Sim only. just remains at $410

Hi Mike, you can not order this phone simply for the reason that our webstore is not working at the moment. Self Serve does let you go through the process until a point, but you will not be able to finalize the order. If you wish to buy a phone using your positive Tab, you must visit a Koodo store. Thank you.
