Anyone knows why I fail to see the 6.0.1 OTA update on my Moto X Play? I'm already on Marshmallow 6.0. However, I saw an update notification a few days ago, I had a message telling that I could download 6.0.1 update. I downloaded it but, I was in a hurry and I didn't have time to complete the installation. Now, when I'm trying to get the update again, I get a message telling me that the phone is already up-to-date even if I'm still on 6.0. Anyone could give me a link to download the OTA zip file from my computer? Why can't Koodo supply a Website with links to every OTA zip file they release, it would be easier to get out of such bug? I could easily start the update process manually if I could find that zip file somewhere on the Internet. I even reinstalled the whole stock 6.0 stock firmware but even then, I fail to get the update notification. It's a shame that we have to search arcane Website in order to find the zip files for those firmware files.

Hi Nicolas,

Your best option is to shut down the phone, remove the SIM card for a few moments and put it back in and try again.

As you mentioned that you have you have reinstalled the stock android. Just make it clear what you mean ? And if you meant that you have rooted your phone and are expecting the update through koodo thats not going to happen...

Did you start downloading the update, and stop it because you didnt have time to finish it ( is that what you meant above) if the answer is yes, The system may believe that your already up to date as it started the update. I would recommend clearing the cache on your phone, and searching for the update again. Also reboot after you clear the cache. If your unsure of how to do it on your specific model, please refer to google for that. Best of luck

I'm seeing the update not being released for the Moto X Play until tomorrow, are you 100% sure it was already pushed to your device? Give it a couple days and see if its pushed to your device again.
