FAQs would actually be helpful if they were listed with the most recent post first.  Just did some searches and the first posts shown were 2 and 3 years ago. How can anything that old be pertinent?
Many of the posts concerned equipment, procedures & plans in use 2 and 3 years ago. What a glorious waste of space (and time viewing them).

I think you saw the community posts, the FAQ is on the second tab.

You are no doubt correct, but I didn't see any tabs.  I don't find the site user-friendly at all - I end up going round in circles and often find I've been booted back out to the 'open' site and have to sign in all over again.

Actually, I used the search engine for a few things. Put in 'Family Plan' for example and found the discussions from 2 and 3 years ago.  I see some forums with over 7000 posts - ridiculous. I wonder how big the forums will be in another 5 years :-)

The reply to my searches was very vague and covered too many topics. I suspect it is searching for one word only.  I appreciate your answer.
