More flexibility is required for the future of your company. As in the sense that you offer plans thatallow you to have up too 500mb of data and 500 minutes of talk, in the self serve you should implement a bias bar that allows you to modify the amount of either minutes or data you have for the next month. For example if I have 500 minutes and 500 megabytes of data but I never use the talking minutes and I want more data I can change it to 250 minutes and 750 megabytes of data or if you're a businessman who is always on the phone but never uses data you can give yourself more minutes. with this plan you may lose more money in your overage charges but far more people will be willing to switch to you for the flexibility plan
