I recently added another # to my account. In the latest bill I have been charged twice for CAN Talk & Text 200min $29, in addition to $25 Canada-wide Plan I already had! It seems that I am being charged for 3 monthly plans instead of 2!

It's pro ration. You'll see charges from the day you activated up to your cycle date and then the full month, which is why you're thinking it's being charged twice but it's not. You'll see the dates on there. If you're confused or need further clarification, call them at 1-866-995-6636

Thanks Jonathan! If it is pro-rated, then why the full charge of $29 X 2. I don't see that clarification on the bill. I tried calling them, but keep getting their voicemail. I will definitely call them again. Thanks anyways!

Hi Navroz, you see twice the $29 simply because we charge for a month in advance. Since you have two numbers now, this bill includes the proration for the new number, the month in advance for this number and the month in advance for the other number. To contact us over the phone, dial *611 from your cell or 1-866-995-6636 from another phone. Select the language and choose option #5 for customer service. Since we do not have a voicemail, you'll be redirected to a representative :) Thank you!
