Monthly bill

I have problem with my monthly bill, it's supposed to be 54$ For 2G plan, but I received it 77$, I called customer service he told me it's 25$ service for what I don't know, I feel it's as fraud

It's definitely not a fraud Aseel. :-) I'm pretty sure this is your first bill with koodo. All phone companies charg a month in advance and it causes, what they call, proration, and that appear on the first bill or the bill right after you change plans.

Ten seconds into watching this you will have abetter idea.
