No one is able to check your account details on here as this is a public forum. You will need to contact customer service and have them go over your account. You can dial *611 from your Koodo phone (free call) and press 0 a few times to speak with a rep.

Their hours of operation are as follows:

Hours of Operation

Monday − Friday: 10am - 9pm
Saturday: 9am - 7pm
Sunday: 9am - 7pm
