Hmm. Well that would involve Koodo refunding the money from your account and then making a payment to hers. Either way, you're going to have to call them and follow up with that because none of us have access to your account here. *611 from your Koodo device or 18669956636 from any phone.

If the account holder is different to your name then Koodo won't be able to transfer the funds. They will have to issue you a cheque through the mail which can take generally 4-6 weeks. Also 1 full billing cycle would also have to be lapsed incase there was another bill that came out with any overages. Dial #611or 855-325-6636 and request a refund.

Hi there... It will be better to call and ask for the refund, a cheque will be issued to your address within 30 business days...

For the money to be transferred to another account, needs to be under the same persons' name, this could explain why it is still in your account...

Give Koodo a call, it will take less than a few minutes to resolve this for you...
