How do I get through to customer service about my last bill now that I am not a Koodo customer? I believe I'm owed some money back. I recently moved. No option on their phone number relates to me as I am not an existing customer or want to be. I've tried emailing and no reply.

Call Koodo at 18669956636 from any phone. It honestly doesn't matter which option you choose, almost any rep can help you besides activations/sales. Also I believe pressing 0 will connect you to a rep
