What does the bill you received say? You should ha e gotten a final bill with your last days to pay off. Koodo does default to charging you to the end of billing cycle unless you say otherwise so that could be it if it went past the date you said you wanted to leave. You'd have to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook Messenger or DM via Twitter or call 611 to get it adjusted.
