If your service was suspended for some time there is a $35 reconnection fee.

The only time someone is charged the $35 mobile reconnection charge is if their service has been suspended due to non-payment.

t mobile charged me 500.00 to reactivate my service after I called to cancel they state I only had requested a six month suspension but I had told them my contract was up and I no longer wanted to be on a contract. this is back in august now out of the blue I have a 500.00 collection notice. I haven't received any correspondence until now I have no idea what I can do I cant have it affect my credit I haven't even had the phones the were not charging so I threw them away
