Anybody having issues with mobile network unavailable in Montreal, QC. I've been more than an hour without phone service. Have removed battery and SIM card for more than a minute as I've read. Still no service.

Have you tried calling Koodo and having them look into it?

There's no way of dealing with support through email???

If you want Technical Assistance, you need to call Koodo's Technical Support. Email replies are not instant and can take up to a day. Plus Koodo's Technical Support isn't available by email.

Will they be the same number as customer service? Only because I see it's only open until 9:00 p.m. My one one neighbour I can go to tends to go to bed early and I don't want to disturb her unduly.

Are you using the Internet through wifi or cellular data?

Made it too late for customer service but since noticed that I had checked the box saying "Use only 2G network to save battery." Unchecked and it's working now.

Thanks very much for your advice.
