Mobile Data Disconnected

I've got an HTC 10 running Android 7. I installed a patch for Android 7 on the weekend, and my data stopped working. I'm not sure if it's related to the security update, or if there's another issue. I've got mobile data enabled on the phone, my bills are up to date, I've reset the phone, and I'm fairly certain I enabled the Koodo APN with the correct data. I spoke to customer service on the phone on Saturday and apparently they escalated the issue and opened a ticket with their tech support department, but they said they'd call me and I haven't heard anything. Anyone got any tips?

Hi Mike Double check your Koodo APN others said the update changed the APN.

Name: KOODO
APN: sp.koodo.com
Proxy: 74.49.0.18
Port: 80
Username: leave blank
Password: leave blank
Server: leave blank
MMSC: http ://aliasredirect.net/proxy/koodo/mmsc
MMS Proxy server: 74.49.0.18
MMS Port: 80
MCC: 302
MNC: 220
Authentication type: No set
APN type: No set

Tap menu key, then tap Save. Make sure the radio button is selected to activate data. The frequencies are compatible so it should work.

Yeah, that's what the guy on the phone walked me through. I just double checked all the settings, and reset my phone. Still not working.

Make sure only one APN is showing and delete the others

The only other one seems to be locked. I can't edit or delete it. It's the Koodo default settings I think.

I'm pretty sure it's the security update. Yours is the third report I've seen about data on the HTC 10 not working after updating.

That was my suspicion as well. Is there any way I can roll back the update? Or do I have to wait for another patch to resolve it?
