The Koodo mobile app is ironically one of the worst mobile apps I have ever used. Every time I attempt to use it to check billing or usage, it consistently says "error. We're unable to process your request." Literally every time. Sometimes it will load after about 10 tries. It is incredibly frustrating. The app is completely useless and I don't understand why they even bothered creating it if they aren't willing to invest in making it user friendly.

For android, goto settings..apps


find the Koodo mobile app and clear the cache and data from it.

then uninstall and reinstall the app

try again
