I have an unlocked Galaxy S2 i9100. My plan includes picture messaging. The problem is, when I want to send pictures, a message pops up saying I need to turn on mobile data. How can I by pass this? I don't want to turn on mobile data, because it isn't supported in my plan. Or, is there a way for my phone to only access data when a picture is being sent or received?

To be able to enjoy your free MMS service, it's absolutely compulsory to turn Data services on, it's the only way to send/receive MMS. Data is not counted while sending/receiving pictures, turn data off when finished using MMS.

Only way is turn Data services off/on on Device, the second way is to block Data through Koodo on your account, if you do that you won't be able to use MMS anymore, that's the reverse of the medal.
