My MMS isnt working. Now I know this has been asked before, and I did check all I can for the solution but nothing works. I checked the APN settings, they're all right as rain, I can recieve but I cant seem to send. Im using an unlocked Galaxy S2. Whenever I send a picture, it just says sending and stays there. I got an unlimited MMS and Text plan, as well as 2 GB of data.
Help?

Hmm...well since you already mentioned the APNs are right, you have tried using mobile data which picture messaging only works on, well not in the case...

Then tech support will have to troubleshoot. One thing that worked for me when I had to call on my cell is the agent mentioned they would exhaust all the resources for the issue until the point of having to turn the phone off or w.e. The agent did offer to call me back after about 5 minutes which he did to avoid me having to call and get a new agent and we were able to move forward. In the end, my issue was resolved. Give that a shot if you want andhopes that the agent will give you the same experience I received when I called.

If you are told they cannot call you back, they are not the right person to speak to. the agent I spoke with did NOT mention to me that not all agents will be able to offer a callback. From what I understand, If it is within 5 minutes, they can call back

hi, so i was on another forum and they suggested i change the APN type from 'default, mms, supl, dun' to 'internet + MMS'. I tried it and it worked! The other info i kept the same, the only thing i changed was the APN type. I hope this helps!
