Try restarting your phone.

Does your cellular data work?

Confirm that your APN settings are still good. Reset your APN if it still isn't working.

Restarting the phone does nothing. How do I know my APN settings are still good and how do I reset? Sorry guys, not very tech savvy.

MMSC: http ://aliasredirect.net/proxy/koodo/mmsc

I already have all of the above under EDIT ACCESS POINT on my phone. But I just noticed that scrolling down there is "Enable/disable APN" button in light grey that I cannot switch on or off.

What messaging app are you using?

I have 2 in default messaging apps: MobileGo and Messages. Messages is the one that was ticked off when I purchased the phone.

As a test, can you download Textra and see if it work?
You can uninstall it at anytime

Both Textra and MobileGo "want to take my messaging over" and Samsung warns me that some functions will no longer work and it will not be responsible for errors. I have sent pics before; is it possible that it's a "today thing" ?

I would allow Textra to take things over.  you can uninstall it later if you choose to.

I have no problem sending mms so it does not seem to be a network wide issue
