Hello, I have the 30$ plan but I cant use MMS. I have data block on and I need to turn it off. I understand I need to turn all my settings to Wifi only but I only need to know how to turn of data block. If you can help that would be great thanks.

If you have data block that is on your account. Log in online go the the change add on section and you can remove it there.

I think the self serve part of the website is broken at the moment. I cannot login

If you can't login, you will need to call Koodo *611 from your phone.
Tell them you tried to remove " Data Block add-on" via self serve, but you couldn't access/log into it.
