This may be hugely important/helpful to anyone who purchased an "unlocked" Verizon phone over the internet, as I had. THE ABOVE APN, INPUT EXACTLY AS IS, WORKED ON MY LG G5. They still restrict how the "unlocked" device connects to the internet, resulting in a so-close-yet-so-far browser or app that won't quite function.

Let me just say that it was incredibly difficult to overcome, and i changed very little in the APN setting my local Koodo booth team had input. It should also be noted that my phone had a final option below "APN type" called Bearer, in which I checked multiple options like LTE, EDGE and UTMS. Unfortunately the device is still loaded with factory spam apps, but i am beaming nonetheless. Thank you rikkster!

Hi Christian, I have an "unlocked" Verizon phone as well and having issues with receiving mms. My phone also has the Bearer option and I checked the ones you mentioned above. Are there others that you checked and were able to make it work? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
