got a text message from you guys saying for loyal customers: til June 16 get a galaxy s6 for 0 Dollars on TAB. called Rideau center kiosk employee says NOPE. so u might want to get your offers straight thanks for getting my hopes up

Employee says "NOPE"? What did he mean? Perhaps you'd have to switch to one of the new TAB plans and pay off your old tab... I can't imagine anybody just saying plain NOPE without an explanation. So why were you not eligible for the offer?

text message said  0 dollars on TAB   no size of tab w was mentioned,  employee said on his end he couldnt see this offer .      ....

Correct information goes both ways :) If you want people to help you, we need more and correct information from you too, not sarcastic messages.

Please note that we are all volunteers and have no inside information in your account or what is offered to you. All we can do is try to assist in figuring out how you can benefit from the offer you were made, and why it didn't work out for you.

Otherwise your best bet is indeed to contact Koodo directly and sort it out with them.

then dont respond, let someone else. misleading customers can be upsetting, especially when u travel to get a deal that doesnt seem to exist.   the point was he prettymuch said NOPE.. who cares how he said it.. he said no.  and that was the point company sais yes, employee says no. okay

In the past, Koodo has been sending out special offers to targeted customers who have a certain tab balance determined by them, and who use certain kinds of phones, etc. It's very targeted. Usually, you need to go to the Kiosk, and the reps are able to take a look at your account and the text message you received and act on the text that you have received. Not everyone has access to these types of offers and the rep might of misunderstood you, or was not aware of the offer. Often the reps have little information about these offers that are being sent out.
