I received an e-mail from Koodo Mobile stating that my Koodo Prepaid account has been inactive for 5 days. My Base Plan expires May 4, 2017, as I topped up with a voucher on April 4, 2017. What do I have to do to get this corrected by Koodo? I received the e-mail April 10, 2017. I checked my self-serve account with Koodo on April 12, 2017 & it showed that my account is active! I have not made any changes to my account. It is a $15. per month Prepaid Base Plan with a 500 min. Booster add on.
