Mistake in my bill

There is a mistake in my bill.Two days ago I contacted customer service and they mentioned that the mistake is fixed but this is not reflected yet on my bill when I checked again today

And also, if there was a credit on your account, you should be looking at the "Amount Due" and not the PDF Bill.

If you have an e-mail set up to receive notifications, you might have received an email with the adjustment made to your account...

If not, it will be reflected on your next bill for sure...

You could check the balance on your account by dial 611 and hit 1.

However, if you want to see anything in writing you will have to wait for the bill.

By the way, what was the credit about? and the "mistake"?
