Missing $60 on my prepaid.

I just activated my prepaid koodo phone today, I took the $50 base plan, along with the $35 data booster, and the $5 talk booster. I topped up with $70 prepaid vouchers. My problem is that my account is showing that I only topped up with $50, and it also says I do not have any boosters. I'm missing $60 worth of items I paid into my phone. Can someone help me with this? I don't want to call them and get charged $5.00! Thank you!

Nobody can really help you here because we can't see what happen on your account, unfortunately you'll have to call and find out what's going on in with your specific account. I don't think they will charge you for just inquiring whalers your money went.

Hi Megan,

You won't get charged for calling about important items such as missing credit :) You can tell them that your self-service does not show the correct amount and you won't get charged for that :)
